SOMETIMES A MOOD CHANGES.

If your piece isn't right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Because personalised pieces are created specifically for you, items that have been personalised or embroidered with a name or custom text cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
